God made the world and everything in it Genesis 1:1. God also made is, but we “scheme” against God. There is good news, God made a way.
We are tethered to a lot of things, sometimes to our own determinate. Cell phones, internet, TV, and worldly friends can all be tethers, but God can free us.
In front of an older house there was a “for sale” sign and on that sign in bold green letters, the lawn sign read “I’M BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE.”
The Bible says that God works all things together for good for those who love him (Rom. 8:28). Do we see any evidence for this claim in the current pandemic crisis?
Every saint must be a servant. Every member must be a minister. A ministry is an intentional and regular practice of my God-given gifts. But how do I identify the ministry gifts the Lord has blessed me with?
Romans 1 11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that you may be established— 12 that is, that I may be encouraged together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
People have some funny ideas about baptism. It’s just a symbol. Nothing really happens when a person is baptized. But the apostle Paul seems to say otherwise (Rom. 6:3-4).
