Hesikiah Williamson was appointed a deacon in 2013. Son of Ruby and Hesikiah Williamson Sr., Hesikiah was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He graduated from Ardmore Douglass High School and attended Langston University in Langston, Oklahoma. In 1969, Hesikiah married his lovely wife, Barbara Bonner. They have two sons and one daughter—Timothy, Cornell, and Kattawna. The Williamsons also have six grandchildren.
Hesikiah worked for 23 years at Mrs Baird’s Bakery. He served the company as a floor-leader. In his retirement he buys and resells pallets. But the work most important to him is winning people to Christ and encouraging them to be faithful. Hesikiah leads evangelism and visitation teams, and teaches a Sunday morning class for new converts.
